There is tons of information listed on your business that helps them to make a decision and feel good about calling YOUR business.
One thing I love about Google is they continue to offer great bells and whistles to this absolutely FREE tool for your business to use and benefit from.
The best place for you to manage your Google My Business is via their mobile application. It is there you will find many more settings and ways you can optimize your GMB.
Remember more people will connect with your business via mobile than any other way.
Using your mobile phone visit where you download your apps, look for the Google My Business application and once you download it simply login to it using the gmail that is connected to your GMB.
When you activate your mobile app you will find access to other tools you didn’t have before and one of them is a call to action button or request a quote button.
Once you activate your call to action or Google Quote Button it will look like the image below.
When someone clicks the quote box another box opens like below, they fill out their information and then they hit send. Then you are sent an email requesting the quote.
A word of warning ⚠️, if you want to continue to keep this feature you have to respond to requests right away.
If you do not respond within 24 hours Google will turn off your messaging option which means your quote button will go away!
They want the searcher to the get the information they are requesting as soon as possible.
So as soon as you get the request send your new potential customer an email back.
How to Activate Your Quote Button on Google My Business
Once you have installed your Google My Business Application on your phone and logged in using the Gmail account associated with it you should be able to pull up your listing.
